# BabelBee first-project check

Use the fictional Northbank Studio sample, or a document you are authorized to process. Select the language and production method appropriate to your work. Inspect your plan's available features and quota estimate before starting.

## Before processing

- Record your current tool and workflow. Client-mandated project packages may need to remain in that tool.
- If you use the sample, choose consistent target terms for “practice brief” and “review checklist”.
- Keep “Northbank Studio” and `{booking_reference}` unchanged.

## Inspect the result

- Two-day workshop; one participant; two live sessions.
- 14 October 2026; 09:30 UTC; do not silently convert to a local time zone.
- USD 180; five **or more** places; 10% discount.
- Single order required; discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
- At least three business days; name change does not extend recording access.
- Recording access lasts 30 days **after the final session**, not after booking.
- Both recurring terms are consistent, and the placeholder is intact.
- Open the exported file and inspect it. The sample is plain text and does not test complex formatting.

## Record effort in minutes

File preparation: ____
Translation/review: ____
Checks and repairs after export: ____
Automated waiting (separate): ____
Existing workflow for a comparable task: ____
Could you choose the tool yourself, or was it required by a client? ____
What would prevent you using this workflow again? ____

This is a workflow exercise, not a controlled quality benchmark. Do not infer a guaranteed percentage improvement from one file.
